Terms of service
Before starting the lesson, we’re going to talk and decide about lesson flow and contents together during 30 mins trial lesson.
Details about the trial lesson will be sent to you directly by email after you apply.
Lessons are available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Japan time), though, not on Japanese national holidays. We will reply as soon as possible, but it may take a few days depending on the business day.
- We use ZOOM. Please check the internet environment in advance.
- We contact students in Japanese or in English.
Cancelation Policy
Here are the details of our cancelation policy:
- If there is no online connection for more than 15 minutes after the lesson starts, it will be canceled and neither date change nor refund will be possible.
- If the instructor is unable to hold the lesson due to illness or an emergency, we will hold the lesson on another day or refund you.
- Basically, refunds are not possible, but in the following cases, it is possible to change the date and time.
- If you contact us at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson, the lesson can be moved to another day.
- If you contact us within 24 hours of the start of the lesson, neither the date can be moved nor the lesson refunded.
For example, the date of the lesson is 1st June 10:00-10:50.
- If you contacted the school on 31st May at 9:50am to change or cancel the lesson, then, after consultation, the date and time can still be changed.
- If you contacted the school on 31st May at 10:05am to change or cancel the lesson, then the date can't be changed nor the lesson refunded.
